Today I: Jogged/walked: Jogged 25 mins at 5.0-6.0 mph. Walked a little for 5 mins Various strength training: abs, triceps, biceps, back extension, glutes side abs, incline abs yeah Spent time at the gym for 2 hrs or so. I had a pretty decent workout its just that I’m really not in the mood to log this but I should so yeah.

So you know what I’m going to do about it? Hoping that the gym is empty since its halloween and work the FUCK OUT. Found my ipod and I might go ham at the gym… we’ll see

Today I: Jillian Michael’s 30 Day shred: level 3 20 mins Blah I didn’t feel like going to the gym today, so to compensate I just did the 30 day shred even though I didn’t want to at ALL. But I am glad that I did to at least done something than nothing :]
