Workouts

Today I:

Jogged/Walked: Treadmill 30mins 
Various workouts: chest press, glutes, abs, biceps, triceps, side crunches, etc. 

Altogether spent around an hour at the gym. Got home early and wabam had something to do ugh >< and I didn’t even fricken get to do my 30 day shred… ugh UGH I wish there was more hours in the day. T-T but its okay I’ll reach my goal soon! Blah
