Blah. I’ve been super duper good with my eating & workouts this whole week up until today. Today was my rest day since I worked out Monday through Saturday. I had the worst meal ever today and it made me realize why I try to eat clean or as healthy as I can. Blah I don’t ever want to feel all bloated and nasty again that was bad LOL. I was literally gagging out the door when my bf & I left the restaurant haha. 

Well tomorrow I’ll be starting this, with my friend helping me along the way along with some HIIT stuff
