Legs feel like JELLO :D feelin better today, and hey tomorrow is FRIDAY<3 yay. So today while I was working out with my friend Alvin I was trying to get the correct form down for the squats and this guy that I see at my gym from time to time gave me a little tip :] its nice knowing ppl are kind enough to give you pointers. However, I still get self conscious being in the “iron jungle” with the guys but whatever I’m trying to put work in and get tone :P
yesterday my friend who teaches crossfit & such said that he can see that I’m getting leaner. yay I’m making some noticeable strides.

Thought I’ll share something that my friend told me when I posted up my scale picture of 115. Definitely the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me in awhile. Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes:
“if you can’t handle me at worst, you don’t deserve me at my best”
Also good morning loves, it’s a cold, dark, rainy day in DC but you gotta make the best of it :)
Workouts
Cardio: Ran for 30 mins on the treadmill at 5.0-6.0 mph mostly 6.0
Arms/Cable-work:
Bicep Curls- 3 x 10 x 5-10 lbs (had to go down to 5lb b/c my wrist started hurting really bad and they’ve been hurting since this weekend :[)
Tricep Cable Pushdown- 3 x 10 x 30lbs
Cable Crossover- I forgot I did it until it hurt LOL
Lateral Pulldowns- 3 x 10 x 30lbs
Obliques cable work? Don’t recall the name but I did that till it hurt also lol.
Glutes:
Glute Isolater Machine- 3 x 12 x 110lbs
** While waiting for my bf to show me the arms/cable-work **
Abs:
Various crunching up and punching to the air stuff lol
Then crunching up and reaching up onto a rail
Side crunches
Then tied it altogether by doing planks and side planks
Random ass workout but it was still a workout. Glad my boyfriend showed me something new :] I also threw up at the gym *tmi & gross I know* because at one point i got so dizzy and nauseous I just had to. I finally regrouped myself and finished! LOL

Funny how both of these pictures were taken back at my parents house. Its definitely really hard to see progress along your journey, so I’m glad I at least took some before’s!

I’m still not as tone as I like to be so I’m working on that! However I did get the Asian mom stamp of approval. My mom is my worst critic other than myself and she actually said “you’re a good size now, don’t get any skinnier” which means A LOT. :D So yay, I’m trying to compensate for all the times that I haven’t been on tumblr so here you go my before & afters.
